Who said cakes need to be always vanilla sponge?? We have loads of different flavours, like: Orange, Orange with Almonds, Orange and Coconut, Lemon, Lime, Coconut, Organic Yoghurt and Honey, Coffee, Coffee & Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate with Strawberries, Apple & Cinnamon, Caramelised Apple & Banana, Banana (dusted with Cinammon & Sugar), Pineapple, Passion Fruit, Pineapple & Coconut, Pineapple & Carrot, Sweet Potato, Carrot (plain or with Chocolate Sauce), Casava, Ant Nest (Coconut & Granulated Chocolate), Bounty, Black Forest, Banana Skin, Ket Chup, Mayonnaise & Chocolate (yeah!)... you choose, the list is endless!

The fillings are more or less the same wide range: buttercream (American or English), flavoured buttercream (orange, passion fruit, lemon, etc), jam, whipping cream, our special white cream (made with condensed milk and double cream, but not too sickly!), marshmallow, chocolate, almond, and you can also add any fruit you like: mango, strawberries, peaches, raspberries, pineapple, coconut (as long as it's in season).
We can decorate them with either American or English style buttercream, you can choose between plain, orange, lemon or almond buttercream, chantilly cream, chocolate ganache, with or without almonds, Italian meringue, sugarpaste or chocolate sugarpaste.
We can also offer you edible photos/designs/messages on your cake. You can just send us the picture you like, or we can work together on a design and/or message, and it's done! Please see some examples below:
Please remember to inform us if you or the recipient have any allergies, or if you prefer any other flavour or a diet version of the above - cakes made with sweetener, diet margarine, skimmed milk, etc.
Normally, our smallest cakes serve approximately 20 people, but please enquire for larger cakes. They are placed on a silver cake board, in a white cake box or wrapped in cellophane and decorated with your choice of coloured ribbons (pink, blue, yellow, white, green, red, purple.....). If you would like it to be sent to a loved one, we can add a home made card with your own message.
